Sowing Edition Second Crop

Es gibt also mehrere Abfüllungen mit den farmtypischen Bezeichnungen, hier die Sowing Edition Second Crop. Eine 100% Bourbonfassreifung, noch ziemlich jung.  Schöne Vanillenoten und etwas Zitrus eröffnen den Tanz. Die lange Fermentation gepaart mit guten Fässern ergibt ein überraschend gutes Aroma. Der Mund wird verwöhnt mit weichen süßen Karamellnoten. Der Abgang hat etwas Pfeffer, aber nicht so stark wie beim "Our Barley". Ich bin neugierig auf die anderen Abfüllungen.
